So having read so many rave comments about this book I waited until it was almost time for Obsidio to come out before picking it up.

I originally got the ebooks but I just couldn't get away with the layout and it gave me headaches but I was loving to storyline and knew I needed the physical copies of these books to really get into them.

So I got a gift card for my birthday from the girls at work and I bought this series immediately. And man am I soooo glad about that.

This book is amazing, the world building is really great, the characters could maybe do with a bit more fleshing out but honestly it kinda works for the format of the book. I love the extra little bits added which make a huge difference for the reader.

I live Ezra even though he's not really a main character and AIDEN is pretty epic. In the best and worst ways.

I really loved this book its so visually stunning and so very detailed in a strange and new way.

I cannot wait to get stuck into the sequel Gemina.
