I need to know when the next book comes out! Cause OMG!
No Gods No Monsters exceeded my expectations! This is the first book of Cadwell Turnbull's that I have ever read and I have fallin in love with his writing.
This story follows a web of povs. First starting with an unnamed narrator who is setting the scene for this whole story, then we jump to Laina whose brother has been shot and killed by police. This reveals something strange...Monsters are real and they want the world to know. They are living amongst humans and have been for centuries.
With a cast of unique characters all with different abilities this was an unputdownable story. Though there are many povs I didn't have any trouble confusing who was who or blending them together. Sometimes the switches felt sudden...but meaningfully sudden. I loved this book and how it snowballed in to such an interesting ending! I need to know more and I cannot wait to read the books that come after this.
