i haven't felt this happy reading a book in a very long time. it's sparked my excitement for reading contemporaries again, reminding me how giddy and sweet they are and how much peace of mind i can gain from them.

pls this was so adorable. there were some parts where i wanted to hide away and go ~✨oh to see without my eyes✨~ BUT i can move past the kinda stagnant dialogue at times and incredibly fast pace of their relationship and enjoy it for what it is: a queer rom-com thay we've always deserved.

this fulfilled my cravings for queer stories like tatbilb and kasie west books, and movies like 10 things i hate about you and she's all that. it's its own fantastic love story and i'll be weeping over it for a while to come
