Girl, Stop Apologizing: A Shame-Free Plan for Embracing and Achieving Your Goals by Rachel Hollis

Did not finish book. Stopped at 3%.
DNF @ 3%
I literally didn't even finish the introduction of this book because I just cannot make myself read anymore. I'm less than 15 minutes into the audiobook and I already dislike so much.
First, the premise of the book doesn't seem too bad. Demi Lovato's Sorry Not Sorry is basically the inspiration and this seemed fine to me.
Then she starts talking about how women don't believe in themselves, and it's basically the reason they don't achieve success. She mentions the myth of using 10% of our brain power as if it is anything close to scientific these days (Hello, in 2019 we should know better. Literally a 2 second google search would have solved this.) Then she says something to the effect of imagine a world where just 5% more women embraced their 'what if' as if this the reason there aren't more successful women. But the sentence that killed it for me was "women are afraid of themselves." As if most women are in a privileged enough position for that to be their only problem. No thanks. I'm done with this book.
