Married for Christmas by Noelle Adams
5.0
I've had this book in my TBR pile for so long, ever since I received it on NetGalley for an honest review but there was something about it that had me dragging feet to read it.
I am SO happy that I took the time to read it tonight. This book was so sweet and so much better than I thought it was going to be.
Daniel was a sweetheart who was having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that he was in love with someone other than his dearly departed wife. Jessica was his best friend who came up with the fabulous idea that they get married [to help them both out] regardless of love in the relationship.
I have a soft spot for fake romances that turn real in the end and this book was absolutely no exception.
I was also pleasantly surprised that despite the fact that they mention God, and that Daniel was a pastor, the book didn't seem overly religious, or try and shove the religion down my throat.
