Saga, Vol. 4 by Brian K. Vaughan

5.0

Ahhh askjdlaksa. This is my favorite volume in the series so far. Hazel is an adorable toddler and I loved seeing her relationship with her parents, Alana and Marko. That's so awesome that Alana is a movie actress now, and I loved seeing all of her drama scenes. I freaking hate that blue avatar-looking bitch. The writing just continues to impress me and I'm so obsessed with this universe. Also, the comedy is just so on point. I would have liked to see more of The Will in this one because he's one of my favorite characters, but I still really enjoyed his one scene!

I really adored that scene in the beginning with Hazel and her parents when she keeps saying she "wants a squishy" and then she gets squeezed in between her two parents in a huge. So fucking cute. Then this narration happens and it broke my heart:

This is such a beautiful story filled with love and family and action and comedy! I love it so much! Thankfully I'll be reading the next volume in the series tonight because I have it!
