Anastasia and Nate... what a ride!

Anastasia is a figure skater and Nate is the team captain of the hockey team... what could go wrong? Nothing at first, since they never needed to cross paths! Until the hockey team's ice rink is out of service and now both characters are forced to share one!

I really enjoyed Nate and his determination to befriend Anastasia since they needed to work together to share the rink. Although Anastasia doesn't originally like Nate, I applaud him for never giving up. Anastasia honestly wasn't my favorite character, but in the end, I did appreciate her growth!

Like everyone else, Aaron was annoying and I wish Anastasia had handled it differently but I can also acknowledge that toxic people and friendships are difficult so I can't fault her for how it happened.

I do feel like there were a lot of situations that were put into the book to keep the story going and make the book longer. I also felt like there were situations that did not need to be in the story. Personally, I felt like the book was a bit too long and we could've cut out some of the conflicts that occurred.

Overall, it wasn't a bad book, I really did enjoy the characters. I just felt that the book could've been shorter without as many smaller conflicts.
