The nasty jokes about 'difficult-to-spell' and 'hard-to-pronounce' non-Western names just put too mean-spirited (get it???) a spin on this. It's pretty notable when names like Aethelbollocks don't get commented upon. At this point, I have zero patience for bigoted, lazy, micro-aggressive humour and can't bring myself to say 'I liked it' just because there was a wealth of interesting information.
