One of Heyer's plottier novels, The Talisman Ring is overly long and does drag a little at times, and has no character development to speak of. It was still a pleasant read, however, and despite Eustacie's idiocy (I can never stand Heyer's silly young females) I did quite like the main pairing of Tristram and Sarah. A cute read, if you're a Heyer fan or like historical romances.
