I really enjoyed this book. Very Steve Niles, with all of his humour and obvious devotion to horror, but with a little more depth and weight to it than some of his one-and-dones. The characters are interesting, if slightly underused in the mothe 's case, and I'm curious about how they'll develop and where the story will go in the next volume.
