Three sisters killed by a scared village seek their revenge every year. The sisters (who are witches by the way), come back every June with each assuming the body of three of the teenage boys. Then they kill them. Once a dead body is found, a haunting bell is rung and the town rushes to the scene to see who the victims are.

Although the twist can be figured out by the middle of the story, the writing places the reader in the middle and makes turning the page until the very end inevitable.
