I struggled with this book. It was slow moving. It dealt with some major issues like suicide, abusive families, date rape, alcohol and smoking among teens, and lesbians. I do not read nonfiction so when she was writing to the dead celebrities she would say how they died almost all suicide or some other tragic death. That was interesting. If we had a 3 1/2 star rating I would give it that.
