A fascinating gritty and gripping page turner / listen that aptly depicts the turbulent times in which Robert the Bruce lived and fought. Especially loved how Young portrayed William Wallace. Even knowing the eventual fate of some characters I dearly wanted different outcomes for them but alas history is just that, history. This one again ends with a perfect setup for the next and final book. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️of 5
