This was a great wrap-up to the (mini) series, and a good entry into the next phase of the Fae Universe series.
I've seen raving about Alessa Thorn's writing, and now I get the hype. The FMCs feel authentic. Nothing irritates me more than internal dialogue and other characters talking about how badass the FMC is but then her actions are.... mid at best. That doesn't apply her. The FMC in this book fully is the hero of the story, and I loved every second of that.
