This audiobook was great and I admire Limón’s writing style. A lot of poems are tangential and I rarely know where they’re going, but most of the time Limón has a way of wrapping things up so neatly, and the poems come full circle. At the end of each poem I thought “of course.” Of course that’s what’s she’s saying, of course that’s how the poem ends. It couldn’t have ended any other way. These poems are lovely, Ada Limón is wonderful, and I need to buy her books.
