Five Broken Blades is a thrilling tale of unlikely allies uniting for a near-impossible assassination mission. Mai Corland crafts a compelling cast, each character with a distinct voice, personal motivations, and a depth that makes them feel real.The narrative seamlessly blends humor, camaraderie, and romance, making for a truly immersive experience. The multiple POVs are flawlessly executed, maintaining a smooth pace and voice rotation. 

Despite some mixed reviews, I absolutely adored this book! Not only is the story captivating, but the physical edition itself is stunning – the cover art and design are gorgeous. 

Highly recommend! This is a 5-star read that had me hooked from the very first page. The build-up of tension is masterful, and the ending left me eager to devour the next installment.
