recommended to me by my cousin who is a portland native :) overall, it was charming and enjoyable. It’s not groundbreaking, but it’s sweet and fun, and that’s okay! First hundred pages or so I couldn’t really get a grasp on the tone, but it figured it out and I had a good and cutie time. The illustrations add so, so much. They’re my favorite part for sure.
