Ooh. Y’all!  I loved this- it was so much fun!

“There's an old saying: The first lie wins, It's not referring to the little white kind that tumble out with no thought; it refers to the big one. The one that changes the game. The one that is deliberate. The lie that sets the stage for everything that comes after it.“

The first lie DEFINITELY won.

THE TWIST!

The deception!

The have I been wrong this whole time moments!

The reveals!

Perfection.

If you liked The Lies I Tell by Julie Clark and shows like Imposters, this is the book for you.

You can expect:
A quick fast paced read
A game of cat and mouse
Identity manipulation
Alternating timelines
Super likeable and morally ambiguous characters

Ashley Elston stepped out of the YA universe and delivered a top tier debut adult novel.  I could definitely go for a sequel.
