A Conjuring of Light by V.E. Schwab
5.0
“Love and loss,” he said, “are like a ship and the sea. They rise together. The more we love, the more we have to lose. But the only way to avoid loss is to avoid love. And what a sad world that would be.” —Master Tieren
Right from the start, I knew it was going to be one hell of a ride. And oh boy, am I right.
I just finished the book a few minutes ago and as you all know, the feels are still very fresh. I can’t believe this series has come to an end! I was not ready at all. I’ll probably be sulking for a couple of days trying to move on from all of it.
I was frustrated with a lot of the characters at first because of how stupid they acted. I was compelled to chuck the book across the room plenty of times but thankfully thought better of it
