There was no Kaneki this time around and WAY too many side plots.
But I ADORE Takizawa and Mado as well as Amon's return. I love them a lot. And while the new Qs are alright, they were way more fun when Kaneki cared for them. But the way Urie grew a pair is quite nice too.
I feel like the actual POINT and GOAL is still too vague for me but we'll see.
