I suggest this book to everyone who wants to get a picture of Africa that goes beyond what we are used to see in western medias. Adichie's storytelling deconstructs the single story of Africa (by the way I suggest you watch her TED talk about this topic) and brings to life a multitude of incredible female characters through which I could learn more about the African continent, its history and the many stories of the people who live there.
