I very well written character-led novel. The plot is thick and can drag sometimes. But it’s worth getting through for the ending. We don’t have a setup like this in any canon material and I’m very intrigued to see how this “unfinished plot thread” will be completed.

The book does less for itself as a stand-alone and more as an excellent setup for the final chapter of this series.
