The Autists: Women on the Spectrum by Clara Törnvall
informative
reflective
medium-paced

I felt very validated by a lot of this and I liked the incorporation of fiction, to show how autism has been prevalent for hundreds of years. I also found the perspective of Sweden and Europe super interesting, especially with their approach to mental health and neurodiversity (i.e., very ableist). Unfortunately, this fell short of 5 stars because some paragraphs felt very random and disjointed and I wasn't sure how they connected or furthered the novel.
