The Boy Next Door by Meg Cabot
5.0
Readability: 5/5
Plot: 5/5
Recommend: Yes
Mel is not doing well in the romance department, in fact, she just found out her boyfriend cheated on her. Despite this, Mel is desperate to see the bright side of things, even if her neighbor has just been attacked and is now in a coma. As the notorious Max-- or is it John?-- moves next door to her, Mel can't help but take a second to look.
I COULD NOT STOP READING! I have other work to do and tests to study for, but I had to finish this book today. I love the romance, the secrets, and the compatibility between Mel and John. One of the reasons I couldn't stop reading was because I wanted to see how things went when John revealed he wasn't Max .
I love cheesy, feel-good romance, and this delivered!
