Because this duet is pretty popular, I’m going to keep my review short. I read these two books back to back over a weekend, and they were the perfect escape. I loved both main protagonists, and because I’m a masochist, I reveled in the angst of the story. I won’t say which character, but there is a character that I felt was forgiven too quickly and didn’t grovel enough for the hurt they caused to the FMC, Lennon (and no, I’m not referring to the MMC, Macon). However, that didn’t really detract from me enjoying the story and the romance between the main protagonists.
