3.75 star. Could have been a 4 star but it was pretty predictable. The description of this book read that it is a Christmas story but it is not, except for the setting being in NYC during Christmas. Trigger warnings - cancer and teen pregnancy. Both of these themes are woven throughout the entire story. It was touching but it did not make me cry. This is not your light, easy, Christmas read. I did enjoy it and plot kept me interested. I read most of it on my kindle and listened to the audiobook while working on things around the house. The audiobook was great and I would recommend it.
