4.5 stars, rounding up of course because whimsy and books and so many of these "get" me: lamenting when sticker residue damages a book cover; refusing to own books with movie tie-in covers; lending books only when sufficient trust has been established (and even then with a bit of anxiety until said book is safely home). . . Ah, yes. Among book lovers, some things are universal (or at least very common).

The -.5 is for the. . . should I say it. . . triteness? of Why I Read and similar panels, which feel more like "encourage children to read" concepts than "all-in book-obsessed reader" concepts. However, I'm happy to round up in this case and I will share and enjoy many of these lovely comics again and again.

Now off I go to gaze lovingly at my crowded bookshelves.
