It’s giving Daisy Jones and the Six, but this came out first so that’s one less than I can blame on Hoover.
A lot of her books leave me conflicted. I Can always argue either way with everything she writes. They’re easy to get through, but there’s always way more going on than there needs to be. I felt the end of this book was Hoover defending herself to her haters and why she chooses characters to fall in love the way she wants them to. I hated the overuse of the word “transvestite”. I hated Warren with my entire being.
