Holy crap this was good.  Extremely though-provoking, and reading this felt uncomfortable and icky.  I couldn't put this down and I read it one day, ignoring all my responsibilities.  I literally did not care about anything except reading this book.  I would love to read this in a book club - I imagine this book will evoke all sorts of big thoughts and emotions.  Books like this are why I love reading.
