The very best of a Romantasy novel, All the Chaos of Constellations is what happens if Bridgerton met fae…with a hefty dose of a morally grey MMC (of course).
From the start I was heavily invested in Novalise and Asher’s story, and if my adulting life hadn’t got in the way I would have read this in one sitting, no questions asked.
The magic is beautiful and interesting. I absolutely adored the Easter Eggs back to Faeven woven within the story, including a certain very dark, very morally corrupt Prince. Imagine if Hillary brings Faeven and this world together?? I’d die.
Although this is primarily a romance plot, there is a wonderful political subterfuge subplot hiding amongst the balls and parties. Something I think that would become significantly clearer and much more vital to the story as this series continues.
Lastly, I would like to thank Hillary for the opportunity to read this as an ARC, I still pinch myself when one of her books drops and I get so excited to delve back into her absolutely magnificent writing.
