Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer

5.0

One of the better books I've read in a while. It shows the conflicted feelings newly turned adults have and how some choose to deal with them. It does an excellent job of portraying the bittersweet feelings many young people have towards the world and how it shapes people. Chris McCandless wasn't a brat or ignorant, he was just an inexperienced 24 year old living life the best way he knew how.
