This book utterly enticed me as a high schooler and continues to entice me now! The illustrations are great and the story line totally makes you laugh and cry (sometimes at the same time). Also, as a gal who grew up with terrible teeth and tons of problems along the way, this is totally relatable -- I wasn't the only one going through crazy appointments and headgear!
