Great story!

This is my second book by L.B. Dunbar and very different from the first. I enjoyed it, but I loved After Care more. This was a very slow burn for me and I did have a hard time liking Jess at first. He had to grow on me, and by the end I understood where he was coming from but it took me awhile. I would’ve loved to get some of the story from his POV. But overall, it kept me engrossed and I enjoyed it!
