This book was a very quick read for me, and a pretty easy one, aside from the consistent disturbing content.
I liked the main character, and I liked her especially as her work started infiltrating her relationship and even her thought patterns. The book was a good study of what can happen when dealing with misinformed and traumatizing content all day.
I even - and this might be an unpopular opinion - liked the ending. I thought it served as a good parallel and at the same time an example of how far K’s sense of normality has been shifted by her job.
However, I thought the book was too short and came to a close all too quickly. I wish it had been a little longer and explored more of the relationships between the characters working at Hexa.
