And it is the same female he picked up at a bar the night before they were due to start on the job. This starts Melanie Moreland's perfectly written love story. Filled with angst, humor and grumpiness it was the perfect combination that her readers continuously look for. Loved the back and forth and give and take between Charly and Maxx. From one chapter to the next I knew the smile on my face was getting bigger and bigger. The baggage that the two overcome to find their HEA could not have been written any better. True and honest emotion just dripped off of every page. Once again Melanie Moreland did not disappoint.
