The Empire Strikes Back by Donald F. Glut

4.0

This novelization didn't have quite as many little surprises as the one for A New Hope. You get a little more insight into what the characters are thinking, and there are a few extended scenes, but it's mostly exactly that same as the film. I did enjoy reading it, and I feel that it was written better than A New Hope (this author didn't abuse his thesaurus), but--like with the movies--it just wasn't quite as good as its predecessor.
