by the end of this book i was wanting to annotate it (never felt that feeling in my life) and all of the themes and symbols were punching me in the face. unfortunately i was reading doms copy, so maybe this summer i will purchase my own and reread and annotate and analyze it. so because of that desire i have to rate it 5 stars, right? shout out to the pulitzer prize committee from 2010 they did a good job
