I enjoyed this novella. It took me back to the newness of romance with my husband when we were in our twenties. It doesn’t seem all that long ago and the respect, friendship, and chemistry only deepens when you treasure it.

This was more than a fluffy, young romance. They were both running away from serious, life-altering issues. They challenged one another in the best ways. They saw each other at their worst and were still drawn together. Their affection was pure and sweet. This was a heartwarming clean, love story.
