I really enjoyed although it was weird and I’m still confused my some parts. I’m glad I read this for a book club so I can discuss. Overall, it was a really compelling and well written story that had me dying to know what was going to happen next. The ending I didn’t love and wish there had been more exposition and commentary on what happened. It does leave imo too much unexplained or without clear like mood from the author that I’m left unsettled by but I think that maybe the point. And great religious commentary and varied characters.
