The agency that created the list uses technology to collect data using the Internet, corporate and private systems and also all the web cameras across the US from various sources.

This book had a well developed storyline that is more true than we care to believe; how the government or its agencies can spy on the general public and we don't even know it is going on. I had trouble putting down and could not wait to pick up and read again.
