My Torin by K Webster

5.0

I can't believe I waited so long to listen to this! Recommended to my numerous times, I finally loaded it on my phone and started to listen. And couldn't stop. I was completely mesmorized by this story. I had listen to a couple of K Webster's taboo books, so was expecting a little of that, but this is nothing like I thought it would be. K Webster has the well thought out and researched story of Torin, with his brother Tyler, and their girl Casey. Casey is the product of her unfortunate childhood, so when these two came along in her life, it was a miracle for all three of them. The relationships these three forge in the beginning was a little creepy, but as the story unfolds, understanding comes in and you just fall in love with all three. I love the premise of this book, the fact that none of the the characters are perfect, and they never become perfect. With their imperfections, love is forged, fate is sealed and one of the best listens I have heard was enjoyed! With a twist I didn't see coming, Webster sealed this trio's place in my heart.

Ryan Gray and Lillian Claire are perfect narrators for this book. Each brings qualities to the characters to make them the damaged souls they are, and brings them together. They are able to switch through the 3 points of view with ease, we know who is speaking and their emotional pull will make your heart break and sing.
