Through the Ever Night by Veronica Rossi
5.0
Unlike many other second installments in YA trilogies Veronica Rossi did a good job here! No resting point for her, nor her characters or her readers.
I finished the book after 7 hours and several breaks (and since I'm ill it's a good score for me to read 350 pages within 7 hours). It's fast-paced and thrilling, it's really hard to stop reading!
I have to admit that the relationship between Aria and Perry is one of my favourite ones in the YA department because it's believable. And it didn't overshade the main plot (other YA books have the tendency that the love between the main characters is more important than anything else).
Otherwise: damn, damn, damn - cliffhanger! How long we have to wait until we get the 3rd book?
