Bunny by Mona Awad

`Bunny' is a kind of book that I have never read before. It is hypnotizing, since I get started reading it, I have no idea what is going to happen and what to expect next. The writing style isn't ornate or flowery but written in an abruptly conversational style. I think somehow it resonate with the message or the characters she created. But safe to say I was pretty much enjoying it.
We follow with Samantha (the girl who is attending at Warren University soon to be graduated) and how she get into the Bunny's society (cultic), not knowing whether she was being drugged or experiencing the reality with them.

_I think the BUNNY represents the phony society, I said society because it isn't about the Duchess or specific female relationship but all phony social relationship.
That's why our girl, Samantha doesn't like it and she wants it to be on her own way, true to herself.

_Another thing is I feel like started from the beginning, Samantha is writing her own workshop and the whole thing that we have read is her story. We can see how she can create a human out of animals and the BUNNY wants that kind of ability. In other way, we can say she has the unusual writing skill in the workshop and the BUNNIES are trying know how to do it. But instead when they can't, they destroyed her creation.

_Another theme could also be how to cope with your loneliness and having true friendship is rare so that when you posecess it, never to let it go.

I suppose most people would not enjoy this book as it is so vage in giving the message and I think it's the point of this fantastic book. Overall if you like to dig deeper philosophically while reading a book, I would recommend picking it up.
