Ghosts by Dolly Alderton

5.0

So many other reviews talk about how Nina complains about everything but she’s British and she’s a Londoner, of course she has plenty to complain about. I enjoyed that I disagreed with a lot of her opinions about married couples, lateness etc - it’s what made the book interesting, because not all characters have to be likeable. I saw another review discussing how Dolly touched on ghosting on lots of different levels - dementia, dating, and friendships - I thought it was nicely weaved together. Lots of funny and relatable parts too, definitely one of my favourite reads this year.
