General Description: Charity has worked her way up to be the final girl at Camp Mirror Lake Terror Simulation camp. Charity knows the ins and outs of the camp. However, when the camp has to shut down early, Charity discovers that there might be more going on behind the camp than meets the eye. Can Charity truly be the final girl once the terror turns from simulation to real?
The goods:
- The pacing of this book was fantastic and I loved the audiobook narrator.
- You definitely get the creepy-crawlies/goosebumps during some scenes.
- The writing is extremely descriptive and you feel like you're there.
- The twists and turns were phenomenal, I saw nothing coming.
The loss of a half star:
- I feel like it was just too short. I wanted a bit more lore, a bit more character development, just a bit more everything!
Overall, if you like horror movies, I'd feel like you'd truly enjoy this book.
