I loved this book. It was a great balance of dark fantasy, mystery, and thriller. Thought the final confrontation went a little quickly and came out of nowhere, but the rest of the book made it up for me. Darlington and Dawes had great chemistry with Alex and I hope to see more of them in the sequel
