It was pretty average, nothing too out-of-this-world---but I guess that's something I should expect considering that this could be read as a self-help book. It's pretty interactive and does stimulate one's mind towards the different perspectives we habour for emotions and makes the reader introspect as well.
Other than that, apart from some well written one-liners, I didn't really pick up something novel from this book.
