Unexpectedly awesome!!

For book 2 in the series, this was an awesome sequel, and unexpectedly so. It too a minute to build momentum, but it got there pretty quick. I took this on a cruise and it was one of the best summer reads in a while. I can't wait to get into the third one. The romance is compelling, but put with the rest of the plot it's the additive that gives it that flare that brings it over the top. With enough, magic, and action to keep you guessing, it's one, I'll gladly recommend for anybody looking for something twisty and a little different than your normal take on the fairytale or folklore.
