The author had some good thoughts, especially those to do with taking a step....that's faith. Where will today's steps lead you? What will you do when you step over to your colleague's desk, into your child's room, up to the kitchen sink, into the grocery store? There were some good things to ponder.

But overall I was distracted by the sloppy editing and the disjointed way of writing. Also there were things I didn't agree with him on, but that doesn't necessarily make it a good book.
