She and her cat is a manga adaptation consisting of 4 stories of women living with their cats and how their stories intertwine.
The perspective it told from both of cats and their owners and it shares the personal woes of each. The characters are detailed despite this being a short read. The cat characters in particular were interesting to read from as the described the human world in which they inhabit.
Some of the passages in this book are sentimental and though provoking without being too 'self-help'. And the whole premise is like a peak into ordinary lives and world. It's a light read and perfect to snuggle up with one afternoon.
